Big thanks to Refar for the export, the material propriety, the noshaders baking and some model fixes

Based on my old Kylorin leader, with a new armor. It still have some littles glitch (mainly the furious anim and the two gold bands of the cape). We didn't want to pass to much time on it because Refar and I have other plans. The armor was an other test and now, I think we are fine to do a 100% original leader, not a reclycled one. This armor have a baked noshader texture and a normal map generated from a high resolution mesh, so it proves that we can create leadershead like they did at Firaxis.

 amazing, if the new leaderheads are going to be like this, i can't wait to see these new generation of leaderheads! :D

I think those are sleeves.

I think he means that his arms don't move. It do not have arms animation, only is face is animated, like the original Kylorin. Refar and I prefer to begin a new leader instead of rigging those arm, so I think he will remain like this.

What he said ^^
The arms were re-riged to the Torso Bone on Kryolin, so make them moving again would reqire to rig them a new - and then probably run into clipping issues withe the armor. I also don't feel they look to bad - not everyone must gesticulate heavily while talking :lol

can you guys remember to please take mad screenshots when you make the *FIRST FROM SCRATCH LEADERHEAD so that we can have a godlike tutorial PLZ PLZ PLZ

Well, personnaly, I think we shouldn't write a tut after one leader. I think we should do the process several times before to write a tut, so we will know all the little details that we may not know the first time. I prefer to master a technique before to explain it, it is a lot easier to explain like this.

A Button. Made a quicky from C.Rolands preview picture on the first post.
