The unit has been tested in game. ;) Enjoy it!

Very Good 1st Unit imperator1961... :goodjob:

Just some friendly feedback details:
For more control over the Final Animation Speeds, set the Frame Rates when animating them so they will work well with the Speeds desired when Generating the new Flcs. Otherwise, you will notice that you have to set the Flc Speeds to much faster speeds to prevent slow motion and get closer to what you want.

The Pike Fall during the Death has Good Fall speed but changes direction 1/2 way down. Reality would have it fall on the same path rather than change directions.

The Attack appears to have a slight jerky hesitation after the initial lunge...he could have more of a slight forward follow through to alter that.

Edit: Also better to add the finished Palettes to the large and small Civilopedia files and the units_33.pcx file.

Nice one. Some constructive criticism, tho (hey, its me, I bytch even about Utah`s units ;))

A)Plotinus gave us a perfectly good pikeman attack animation, I think you should use it. Sure, its nice that you make your own, but since there is only one way a pikeman can attack, there isn`t really any point to not using Plotinus` one. This is connected to the issues Vuldacon already mentioned.

B)When running with something that big, you hold it with both hands

C)If he`s a pikeman give him a pike. If the weapon is a .. whatever it is, when I called it a halberd someone went on about pole-axes and halberds, yadda, yadda, yadda.. Anyway, if it has a big ol` blade on a stick.. Use the blade also!

It's a halberd yadda, yadda ;) and the top of it is heavy, so the blade always looks downward (cf run anim). Good start anyway, but I second every remark. An existing animation allows you to start with something that works, then you can modify it so it fits better to your unit.

imperator1961... Here are some Large and Small Civilopedia pcx files with correct Palettes and a units_32.pcx with correct Palette and CIV Specific Color...IF you want them.

By the Way... Hope you take "constructive criticism" ok because we all dish it out and receive it. Your Unit is Very Good and all of these suggestions are merely meant to help Perfect what you have already done well :)

You're off to a good start! Far better than my first unit, for sure.
Regarding all the constructive comments, yes, yes, and yes. We're all trying to help you get better and better with every new unit you'll make. And I hope there'll be many more.

Right on! Good idea for a unit, and awesome for a first go. I probably wouldn't have noticed any of the issues already raised myself, so they're minor in my opinion. Keep up the good work!

How I can made do to this?

Thanks for adding the correct Civilopedia and units_32.pcx files.:goodjob:

Excellent first effort!

How I can made do to this?

You'll need to index the palette of the Civilopedia images using Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro or the GIMP. Depending on which program you have there are tutorials and posts on this galore. A couple for the GIMP are Spacer One's or Varwnos'. If you use Photoshop or PSP the process is generally the same. There is a conversation of the process in this thread. Also, Wyrmshadow has a YouTube video for Photoshop. That should get you started.

For the Units_32 see zulu's thread.

Score! The Swedish are getting units slowly but surely :D I hope you go on to make more!

Thanks to all for the comments! I want make more units! Its' only a problem of time. The next units I hope to realize would be a Swedish Harquebusier, a South Asian Spearman (i have some trouble with palette colours) and a Swedish Cavalryman.
