Funny that... I just finished my own "German" Warlord and was about ready to upload him... seems we decided on similar patterns... oh well... can never have enough choices, eh?

If I had seen this BEFORE I did mine, I wouldn't have bothered doing mine... but now we have THREE (yours, mine and Chuggs).

I like him, I never really liked the yellow shield on mine either (I was thinking about replacing it with the Teutonic Cross shield I made).

So I accidentally stumbled upon this thread, believe it or not by searching for images to use for ancient Dutch units (Batavii and Frisian) on google images, strange I know. Anyway, when I clicked on the download link it told me that I didn't have permission to access the page. Not sure why, maybe it is down (since I have been able to download everything else). So could someone reupload it, or post it here or something?

Hm, I have the same error. However, the warlord is also part of some larger unit collections, maybe you can get him from one of those two:
