Hi folks :),

Another warmonger game for all the people who love their axes (don't ask me why the title, perhaps I like Kubrick too much)...

Game settings:

Pangea map (no time to loose on exploration...), standard size
Epic Speed
Emperor/Immortal
We must win by domination or conquest asap (waiting for tanks is lame :lol:)
Leader to be discussed...

Beating the AI, discussion, and fun are the focus of this game... 24/48 rule apply...

Hmm, I think you should toss in a few interesting variant rules for fun ;) Not sure I have time for another game on the list here, since I'm planning on starting Try-05 as soon as 03 is almost wrapped up. However, I'll lurk, and perhaps fill in as an alternate if needed?
 
Hum... I was thinking immortal is hard enough that's why i didn't include a crazy variant to bring in the maximum of people... but feel free to propose ideas ;). I put you on alternate right now :)

:lol: Have you ever tryed pangea/agressive AIs/ immortal? it's pretty brutal! everyone is not as crazy as you Tryn :D... that being said... why not...

No, I haven't :D And true, everyone is not as crazy as me. But they should be, so there! Sounds like fun :spear:
 
I'll give this a go (if you'll have me). Prefer to be at the end of the roster if possible.

I'd reckon either basic immortal or variant emperor.

Any ideas of leaders? I 've few favorites: Nappy, Brennus, Hammi , JC, Justi... bring in ideas ;)

Deity AP sounds impossible even for the good deity players. I wonder how one would be able to compete with deity AI's without being able to expand due to war... :D
 
IMO AP diplo win seems to me the easiest way to win deity :lol:... but "revenons à nos moutons"...

Leaders: I think a combo of eco trait+ warmonger trait is the powerfull combo for domination... now I let the fan of Gengis and Boudi change my mind :D

@Pigswill: I like the idea of warmongering with Gandhi, but I feel he is a little overplayed in this moment (on the forums) so I'd like to use another leader...

Stomping the world with Keshiks is fun :p but I agree that Genghis is one of the more difficult leaders to play. Fun, but difficult.

Hannibal or Napoleon seems fine for this game. We're already running Ragnar and I'm also in a AW Hammurabi game (shyuhe 6.5, link in sig).
