[LH] Nefertiti

So I finally decided to get into the modelling aspect of making Leaderheads as well as the texturing, resulting in my very first leaderhead completely made by me! She is based on the famous Nefertiti bust on display in the Berlin Altes museum. I personally think she turned out pretty damn awesome! I will be using her myself as Cleopatra in my personal mod (hence the seductive clothing ;) ).

PS.: My next project will probably be some texturing for The Capo, as well as a Marc Antony leaderhead to acoompany Cleo/Nefertiti ;).

Will you be using her as Nefertiti, or Cleopatra?
 
Probably Nefertiti. I don't consider Cleopatra a good leader. Although I could always be persuaded. Maybe I can turn Ptolemy into Hamlicar Barca or something, because I like the LH.
 
Wasn't Cleo pretty powerful as well as just plain pretty?
 
This is the last post I'll make here about this, so as not to steal PG's thread from him. Cleopatra was "powerful" in the sense that the Saudi's are powerful today. They have oil. She had grain. She was put into power by Rome, and was effectively removed from power by Rome. Any authority she had was due to Rome. The Ptolemeic Egyptian emipre was already in decline, but literally fell from power during her reign. And she was a puppet of Rome anyway. She is an historical figure because of her romances with Caesar and Antonius but that's about the extent of it. I mean, I COULD make her Cleopatra in the mod's expansion but I think I'd rather use this LH as Nefertiti because it looks just like her bust.

Not to mention I'd rather have a full-fledged Egyptian. If I were to choose a Ptolemeic leader I'd rather go with Ptolemy than Cleo.

Anybody got another argument for Cleo?

Then again, Ptolemy's not a full-fledged Egyptian either. He was Greek, too: a succesor of Alexander.
 
I don't think she's so bad. She managed to wrestle power from her brother's grasp by using her charm on Caesar thus winning him as an ally, and whom she conceived a son with (Caesarion), destined to be the combined ruler of Egypt and Rome. After Caesar's death she strengthened her position by a marriage with Marc Anthony. She was very resourceful, she only could not stand up to the power of Augustus Caesar and his empire.

Please, stop talking about her breasts. I'm starting to fantasize about her with Catherine...
 
Indeed, a very polished first model. My only wish would be for the hat to be modified in some way to look less like the Hatshepsut one (I know it's already a different color, but a model change would also help a lot). Other than that, it's about perfect. The face looks distinct, the collar and the clothing (what there is of it) is completely unique.
