-5004 : 0x80070002 (solved)

I've been playing civ 4 alot,but a little while ago i uninstalled it. Yesterday i wanted to play it again, but it won't install at all.

My pc is a Windows vista Homepremium 64bit with a Quad prosessor and Nvidia geforce 9800X

I open the setup, get to the "Chose lanuage" press ok and then this message pops up:
An errror (-5004 : 0x80070002) has occured while running this setup

Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other aplications.
If this error still occurs, please contact your vendor: Firaxis Games:

And then i press details underneath and i get this:

go to
\program files(x86)\common files\ and delete the folder called installshield (or rename it to something else)
then open the installation disc in windows explorer and rightclick on setup.exe and choose run as administrator.
