I'm getting a problem where my mouse cursor and the associated tool-tips that appear are being incorrectly placed underneath the semi-transparent panel on the right-hand side of the screen. Thankfully this is not happening with the build selection panel on the left-hand side, but the citizen focus and specialist setup are maddening to use.
System specs are:
Intel Core i5 750
4 GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 w/896 MB RAM (Driver v258.96 from Nvidia)
Nvidia 3D Vision Kit (this bug happens both with the 3D enabled and disabled)
Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.
I'm running the DirectX 10/11 version of Civ 5 @ 1680x1050 120Hz. Can't run the DirectX 9 version to see if it works properly there because it will not start on my machine.
