The model is kinboat's PDM, the armour is a mixture of obiwan's (3d heretics) space marine and kinboat's roman legion armour and PDM boots, with utah's cape and darkmagi's (3d heretics again) imperial sword
this guy was my inspiration
in the WH40K unit thread there's a list of units on the first page and i've got quite a few WIPs next to 'em. it'll probably be some chaos stuff next tho
