Deliverator's Water Mod

This is another mod for the Civilization 4 water graphics. I have taken the idea of using the Civ 4: Colonization coast and ocean textures as used in Nitram15's mod with some minor tweaks and created a new water surface texture that I think better complements them. I've tried to strike a balance between creating the illusion of waves in the deep ocean and having the water look clearer nearer the coastline. Credit also goes to anhu's water mod - I used layers of that water.dds while making this one.

This mod also includes the Civ4Col River textures so that they match up with the ocean.

The land terrain is just vanilla terrain - probably what you're noticing is the edges of the Colonization coast terrain blending with the land.

The only thing I dislike is that it seems there is a big altitude diff between river washes and oceans
I know it works similar in the vanilla art, but it's somehow more noticeable for me here
