Just a quick suggestion, really.
Oftentimes, when replying to a thread, unless quoting, I tend to prefer using the "Quick Reply" feature. However, I often find that I have to go into into the advanced "Post Reply" for no other reason than to easily get to the big list of smilies.
So my suggestion is: Could there be a link to the big list of smilies at the bottom of a page in the thread, by the "Quick Reply" box (or even better, somewhere actually on the box, if VB allows this)?
Some people would say that I could just simply open the box once and leave it up, but a) I personally find this a hassle, and b) it doesn't negate that I still have to go through the post reply > more method every time I log on to CivFanatics.
I'm sure I'm not the only one who would appreciate this, its not a complicated change, and it would have no effect on those who otherwise wouldn't use such a change.
Anyone else beg to differ?
