Ottomans in WW1

Here's a scenario I started a while back and finally found the time to finish. I haven't seen any scenarios that focus on this part of the war, so I decided to make one.
It's the basic Firaxis tech tree minus the modern era, and I tried to make it Firaxis-style gameplay as well(like Napoleonic Europe and WW2 in the Pacific). Here are the civs:

Ottomans-Obviously the focal point of this scenario. Starts off as the largest civ, but overextended and corrupt. Builds Siphai as a unique unit, which packs a punch at the beginning of the scenario

British-Control Egypt, Cyprus, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain. Starts off in a golden age and builds Tanks as a unique unit(available later on), as well as having a better equipped infantry. Has some preplaced marines(available to all later on) ready to go(stay away from Galilpoli:mischief:).

Russians-Have a large ill-equipped army, will severely strain the Ottomans at first but usually gets fought to a standstill. Builds Cossacks as a unique unit.

Greeks-Have a fairly sized navy and army, but its defence will usually wither without outside help. No unique unit

Bulgarians- Similar to Greece but on the Ottomans' side, so has a bit less stress on that front.

Armenians-Unplayable, on their own team locked against the Ottomans. I wanted to give them another shot to make a name for themselves. Build Guerillas instead of infantry.

Arabs-Also unplayable, unaligned, and no embassies. You will have to find them if you want to get them on your side. Build Guerillas and Ansar Warriors.

In general, the British do well in the south, The Russians fight to a standstill, and Greece loses some ground. The Armenians might lose a city or two.

Screenshots to follow.

Enjoy!

I just realized I had left the scenario in debug mode. Re-uploaded. Also, whenever I try to upload my screenshots, I get this message

Kind of weird, because I had no problem with the Biq. file. The images I'm trying to upload are JPEG, which I have done before...

You've game-tested this, right?

I've no clue as to why you're having that pic problem. Try it on a new post, then a mod can merge 'em. or just host them on ImageShack and use the image tags.

I have game tested it as every (playable) civ, although I didn't do all to completion.
I don't really want to go through the hassle of making an account and whatnot at imageshack, so I tried another post in the creation+customization section, and got a different message

Ah well. I guess you all will just have to try it out to see;).

The map looks good, the cities are well-placed. However, the scenario would gain much by using more appropriate units than Ansar warriors or Guerillas. Wyrm made all the units you need in his Giant WW1 thread. Maybe you might want to take a look and use some of these? :)

He'd need to incorporate a new Units folder and the like. A hassle, certainly, but one with pleasing results.

I'll be honest, I enjoy working on Biqs more than adding file folders. Ansar Warriors are simply my way of putting in "Lawrence of Arabia" style units unique to the Arabs. Guerillas represent ill-trained but determined fighters of less-developed nations. To add a new download folder for just two units seems a bit much. I know this isn't a first-class scenario, but it is just for those who want to play a somewhat neglected part of history.

Wow. Thank you. However, I still need to eventually remake this, with new units, graphics, etc. Unfortunately, I have very little time these days for civving, which is why I am also temporarily shelving my Spanish civil war scenario. Hopefully in a few months my timetable will clear up.

By the way, welcome to the forums, and I'm honoured you posted first here. Also, there are many scenarios that are considerably better than this you might want to check out , such as El Justo's Age of Imperialism, Vuldacon/King Arthur's Escape from Zombie Island, and more. They can be overwhelming at first, though, so be sure to check the civilopedias!
