I have a unit suggestion, seeing as how the Health Care chain ends with the WWII Ambulance at the moment:

Medevac Helicopter

Graphics: I don't have one. I think a reskin of the Gunship would be the easiest.

Which program would work for removing the polygons from a model? I created the XML for the Medevac Helicopter, and I did a new skin for the vehicle in GIMP, so it has the red cross markings, but I can't remove the weapon pods and guns. I've attached a screenshot of the copter in action.

3D Studio Max, Maya, Milkshape, Truespace, G-Max, Blender, etc. I still have not figured out how to import/export models from Civ 4 into them. But in theory any of those should work to editing ot deleting polygons.
 
Well, I'm trying Gmax now. I just posted a couple questions in the main Creation & Customization forum because my Medevac copters want to do faceplants. Amusing, but not exactly what I wanted.

There are four art sets but only two units were defined.

Good idea there, and correct place to put something like that, nice thinking and thx for trying to help us out here, "we" really appreciate it.
 
This is a great place to posts units to be considered from other mods as well.
For starters I would integrate the agreeable units from the Planetfall, Conflict on Chiron mods (the pictures on that one look great.) Does anyone else have an opinion on that?

If I can find time I will install them and list the units here, but it is unlikely for a long time because my ssd is almost full. I would rather look through old threads for ideas first, would someone else want to do that?
 
I'd like to see the transport helicopters come back.. several people have posted links for some different graphics which would give a nice tech progression..

So in the future the core Mammoth stuff will go in that folder right? Let me know if you need say the mammoth trainer building.

I am getting a weird error where there is a blank unit at the top. I am not sure if its from the mammoths or the new ancient ships. Also when I try to load a new game the game crashes. I am guessing the 2 are related. Note that I can start existing games fine.

I am getting this also. I will try and narrow it down, since I have been adding all sorts of units to my version.
