Hello, IOTers! Those of you from Civ IV S&T will already know me and my epicness, but for those of you who don't know me, I'm More Epic Than You. 
Epic IOTs are not just named after me. They have a twist that makes them Epic: instead of creating your own nation, you take control of one that existed at the time.
We are using IOT7's map, shown here.
To enter, state what country you want to use, and color in the era-appropriate country on the map. Here's a 1914 map of the world for reference. (I'm betting on the first one picked being the British Empire, US, or Russia. I CAN READ YOUR MIND...)
I'll post the rules on the actual thread, once I have 5 people. The rules are a modified version of the rules of Spirit of Mankind.
