Flak Tower

I made a Flak Tower city improvement using an image I found here, (thanks Moeb):

It's interesting that the ~~evil fiends~~ modders from ~~Hell~~ the civ4 modding section can contribute to ~~the salvation of humanity~~ civ3 modding.
