History: In 1996, a suspicious accident in Berlin led to the deaths of most of the German government officials. Following this, and the panic that this may have been connected to the appearence of Tiberium led to much rioting and the balkanisation of Germany. In 1997, though, the German Army began to rally around a military officer who claimed to be part of the Hohenzollern family (though with most of the 'major' members of the Hohenzollerns dead in the rioting, there weren't many to oppose him). In the December of that year, they entered Berlin and the officer was crowned Kaiser Frederich IV of the German Empire. Pomerania and Silesia were conquered later that year. Of course, little did the citizens of Germany know that Frederich was little more than a puppet of the Brotherhood of Nod.

History: Following the emergence of Tiberium and the collapse of several major European governments in the late 1990s, the United Nations and the remaining members of the North Atlantic Treaty organization collaborated with the Swiss government on a permanent regional headquarters for the majority of GDI operations in Europe. Thus, the Swiss Free Zone was formed in 1997. Switzerland was considered the ideal location, due to its natural defenses, location near the center of Europe, the myriad organizations already present, and its proximity to the major Tiberium infestation that had engulfed the Italian Peninsula. General Gustav von Hohenheim, a former senior officer in the German military who was forced to flee after the Federal Republic collapsed, was chosen to command the Swiss Free Zone.

"World Network News Report at Eleven"​

"General Gustav von Hohenheim" has been put into command of the Free Swiss Zone. Hohenheim is a former senior military officer of the German Army who defected following the military coup led by Frederich IV that toppled the democratic government. Hohenheim worked diligently upon reaching the Swiss Free Zone, center of the European Defense Initiative, part of the Global Defense Initiative.

Elizabeth Cromwell has taken the reins of ANZAC Forces following the collapse of the Australian government late last year. ANZAC Forces are operating in Queensland and providing humanitarian aid to the region plagued by warlords and Tiberium. Raids were carried out by ANZAC Forces against suspected corporate-fronts for Nod, seizing several large caches of weapons.

Sri Balbhadra Singh, President of the Federal Republic of India, was reelected. Singh has pledged continued support for the Global Defense Initiative under the auspices of the Indian Defense Initiative.

In the far east, Commander Christos Kim, leader of the popular resistance movement to run out the Brotherhood of Nod, has restored order to central Korea.

In Germany, Republican Forces fighting against the restored German Reich have suffered heavy losses following a spring of assassinations of top Republican rebels. The junta in Berlin is thought to be behind these assassinations. This comes on the heels of the reestablishment of the Portuguese government ruled by the Nod puppet, Emperor John VI.

In Sicily, Alexander Anderson, leader of Nod operations in Italy, ordered the imprisonment of several outspoken supporters of GDI.

Finally, the Leiurus Blade, mysterious organization in Egypt thought as a front for the Brotherhood of Nod, has restored order in Upper (southern) Egypt."

"Kaiser Frederich IV of the German Empire continues to bring security and prosperity to the people of Brandenburg after reestablishing order following the Berlin Crisis of 1996. The Hohenzollern Kaiser is the first German King since death throes of the Second Reich and the first king to be put on his throne by the people and the military. People of Germany await the day when Kaiser Frederich IV restores the new Reich over Germany and captures former general von Hohemheim, traitorous leader of the Swiss Free Zone.

The Brotherhood of Nod continues it assistance to people of Iberia and Italy through its operations in Sicily and Portugal under Alexander Anderson and Emperor John VI respectively.

The Leiurus Blade is aiding the Brotherhood of Nod in distributing food, medical supplies, and fuel to the people of Upper Egypt following the collapse of the Mubarak government. Recently, the Leiurus Blade has beefed its numbers in order to provide law enforcement in Upper Egypt as well.

In Australia, ANZAC Forces, backed by the Imperialistic GDI, has cemented control over Queensland using brutal crackdown tactics. War criminal Elizabeth Cromwell, GDI puppet in charge of the ANZAC Forces, continues to commit atrocities against the people of Australia who cry out for the Brotherhood of Nod. The Brotherhood will do all within its power to topple GDI tyranny in Australia and bring Cromwell to justice!

The Korean Resistance Forces, led by genocidal madman Kim Christos, is thought to be responsible for the complete destruction of several villages in former southern North Korea and former northern South Korea. Again, Nod calls out for the arrest of this war criminal."

A question: Why can't units move from province to province? If I have 50 in California and none in Oregon, why can't I send half of them there? Does it have something to do with the original game (I have never played a C&C)?
 
There's a mistake in the building sections for both Nod and GDI. The Advanced Guard Tower and Obelisk of Light require an Advanced Communications Center or Temple of Nod respectively.

Nod will receive some monetary assistance next turn to balance early game player imbalance. The opposite is true if more players join as Nod than GDI.
 
Then change it to two normal guard towers para mi.
