Yeah, I would be happy to see more variations on the texture done by more able 2D artists than myself.
 
Actually, this was the same picture I've been using as a reference to the Sto:mex (Salish UU.) The only difference is that the Sto:mex uses a slashing spear/sword hybrid.

I'll have to look into the feasibility of creating a version of this with spears and sword animations :)

I was led to believe that the type of helmet they're wearing is inherently Tlingit. But i'm no expert.

Sure it is...well, those kind of helemts and armors were used by different peoples from Alaska/Aleutians/Arctic/Siberia
