I thought I sucked at graphics. Cossacks units are just a conversion. But when I've seen the warm welcome to sims2789 and Sebsage when they made their first units, I've decided to try making my own.
I couldn't post it before, because as it's my first attempt at making a unit of my own, I've spent hours on the animation.

So here it is : the invisible man!

Fully 3D animated (15 frames per animation), with all animation included. It has NOT been made using cut & paste, first time for me!

Here is the preview:

I hope you enjoy it!

PS: Can someone make a blank screen for the civilopedia ? I don't have time right now

Well, just to say something: Your unit looks much better than Sebsage's first... but I fear Bavaria Filmstudios of Munich (Das Boot; the Neverending Story) might sue you for it- they got a copyright on "the nothing"

I just realised that somebody actually downloaded it

Wonderful unit, Steph. I´ve always thought that you are a genius, but this outreaches my expectations of your doings.;)

That was me!:D I just wanted to see if Steph had actually put something in the zip, and what that could be. I don't think I'll use it in-game though...

What a waste of time and intenet space... :nono:
C'mon, with the mega hyper compressing tool I have specially developped for this unit, the 9 animations, 15 frames each, take only 6 kb!

Of course I have! You got all the 9 animations. And if you open it with FLICSTER, you'll see it's not a static image, but 15 frames with complete animation.
Of course, being an invisible man, the actual move are hard to see. You need special "see invisible man glasses":scan:
If you can't find them at your favourite store, send me 20$, and I'll send one set to you, I have plenty. I also have a book to sell "how to get 20$ from dumbers"

Lemme guess, U R going to issue the copy using invisible ink on invisible paper, obviously within an invisible envelope ? ;)

So here are my $20 (it goes without saying that the currency issued enjoys similar features as the product purchased)

A magnificent piece of modern expressionist art! This unit combines an original approach to creation, flawless animations and hand-crafted colour palette. I'd certainly recommed it for anyone. Moreover, I'd suggest that Firaxis should purchase the rights to this unit.

humh....but what tha....lets take a closer look....
