A "Splendid Little War"

Today, we have sucsesfly conqured Egypt. Our troops were assembled before the start of the attack. Luckly before we declared war against Egypt. The Americans have made peace with the Egyptians. That means that Egypt was ours for the taken, especaly at its weaken state. This has been one of the fastes wars we have ever fought in. It has taken 3 Turns to capture all of the Egyptian cities all thanks to the Fanatican Railroad and Peri's Tactics.

Now we have a new Provance, Called "Provance #5". Since it is late into the Term, I have already made a Nominations for Provance #5 (I am also a Election Staff) so that it can go along with the normal election process.

Firstly I would like to notify our President that he did not fully follow legal military instructions regarding the positioning of the muskets in the last TC and can he be more precise this time please. If there are any problems in understanding what I have written please ask. :)

The Instructions for this TC are as follows:

Immediately.

Send one musket to Giza - from Memphis.
Send two muskets to River Crossing - from Memphis.
When they have reached RC send legion to Byblos.
Send two muskets to Hiercan - one from Byblos(do not leave Byblos ungarrisoned) and the one in the field near Memphis.
Send two muskets to Helio - one each from Aureus and LA.
Send legion from Asyut to Alexandria.
send legion from Gorina to Xak.
Send legion from Penguin to Thebes.
Send legion from Skunkworks to LA (This is to be the garrison for Grozny).

Without causing any cities to become ungarrisoned send 10 full strength cav to Grozny.
The attack on the city cannot start until there are at least 8 cav within striking distance of the town.

After Grozny has fallen.

Place 5 cav in Hiercan and 5 cav in Helio.
Place 5 cav in Asyut, 3 cav in Elephant and 2 in Grozny.
When we get peace with Russia send those 2 Grozny cav to Elephant.
The remainder of the cav is to be placed in Omalu.

These cavalry dispositions create a force to defend against the Aztecs, one to defend against the Greeks and a reserve force.

EDIT: Can the musket which Noshuret will complete in 5 turns be sent to Malvern. Thanks. :)

sorry, not completely accurate as Palatine and North shore share tiles and KM isn't using all their 11 laborers and WGHills and Babs share a tile, but you get the idea. Change the shared tiles as efficient as possible and use the extra K-M laborer on the coast.

Request:
Esquiline has 3 cities who have stopped growing due to lack of Aquaducts and a Hospital. I request to mine some of their tiles so that food can be reduced in favor of shields.
