Valley Forge Aegis Cruiser

Here's the USS Valley Forge (Ticonderoga class Aegis crusier). This later version of the Aegis cruiser had the VLS (Vertical Launch System) instead of the Twin Arm Mk26 launchers.

New version 1.1 out, 06-12-05.

WOW, The Death Explosion is so Great that it causes me to want to set the STATS Low for these Ships so I can see that more Often :lol:

I would like to animate an Aircraft carrier or multiple carriers. I have a model of the USS Saratoga, but it isn't that detailed. I've downloaded all of Wyrmshadow's carriers, and for the most part, I really like them. But, to be honest, I would like to make my own with my style of animation. Anyway, my next projects will be long ones. I am going to try my hand at making the Kirov and Yamato from scratch using scale plastic models as reference tools. That will be a lengthy process, and will take a while. As a result, there won't be much activity from me for a while. In addition to my above proposed projects, summer is approaching and I want to be outside alot. Minnesota doesn't get alot of nice weather, and I want to take advantage of it while I can. So, we'll just see what happens. Thanks for all the compliments, I'm glad you guys like it.

Gogf, I noticed that as well. I checked the SBB storyboard, and the indiviual frames and nothing shows up in the Civ3 flic. I think it's only a glitch in the preview gif.

For the Death Anim for your next ship I think you should have it split in half and rise out of the water then sink.. I.. I just like that.
