Originally I started this with the intention of just making a few changes to civ trying to make it a little more fun for me to play, but slowly over the last month has grown far larger then I ever imagined. I was going to release this a while ago but decided to hold off and have since decided to delay it and see if we cant create some competition for DyP
Im looking for any help I can get on this, expecially with building/wonder graphics and unique "tribe" units. Right now its just me and el justo working on it.
Now about the mod.
This is being designed as a replacement for the vanilla rules, so whenever you start a new game civ 3 will use this mod and generate a new map.
So far.....

No new civs added yet
Possibilities:
Brazil: I love the new leaderhead that was created and will have to add this civ
Israel (sp?)
Goths
Trojans

UNITS
104 new units ( thanx to all the great unit creators)
These units include around 40 flavor units, 20 near future units, and 60 additional units for ancient-modern ages. With the main goal of the new units being to add an additional layer of strategy and realism
TECHS
Around 40 new techs
with new additions to all ages and extension of modern age into the near future. I will try to get some previews up soon.
GOVERNMENTS: 12 (In order of research)

military state (spartan)

feudalism
oligarchy
theocracy
democracy
totaliarism

fascist
Socialist
SPECIALISTS
Four new specialists:
banker
beurocrat
alchemist
philosopher
RESOURCES
10 new
including titanium and stone
IMPROVEMENTS/WONDERS
2 uniques for each type of government
plus an additional 20 or so for all
TERRAIN
A few values have been changed with the goal being slightly larger population sizes
RULES
There have been quite a few rule changes. Including the addition of enslave and added impact of technology. The power spread from modern units to ancient units is 50% larger now.
