Turn 1
Upgrade the 7 Knights currently in and around Fukushima for 140g.

Attack Izibia, try not to use more than we have to if possible, but still try to take the city during turn 1, units not used in the assault should go south to attack the Indians.

Gather the new Cavs, and the Cavs near Larsa against Pune, from there they should attack Larsa, then continue with the rest of India.

Trade Instructions - Getting us to the Industrial Age (hopefully)

Here's my thinking on this: We are getting an extra lux (silk), and our ivory was pillaged. So, we're doing pretty good, and we'll do good with -1 lux for only 3-5 turns. This involves some strategic preperation.

- Place a nearby unit to cover the ivory tile from Leningrado.
- Bring in the workers from Padmativa to reconnect it. There's workers by The Burrow working on mountains that can't even be used yet. Bring them over too.

The Trade (with Persia - Theory of Gravity for Dyes, Wines, 16gpt, 3g, WM

Then sell it to the Iroquois. They are the ONLY ones without ToG that isn't about to be defeated (Rome and the Zulus).

The trade off is 3-5 turns of less, but still very managable happiness. When we connect the lux, it will be back to normal. :)

Remember, Babylon COULD sign an MPP with Persia if they wanted too...

Just some additions to Chieftess' instructions.

-The dyes/wines trade for ToG would be with Persia, I believe

-The Iroquois have Metallurgy. We should trade ToG to them for Metallurgy, allowing us to enter the Industrial Age.

@Chieftess- No disrespect, CT.....just want to make sure this goes down without a hitch. Thanks for improving on my original idea. :)

Foreign Affairs

No instructions, other than my usual request to end the chat if any of our alliances are broken.

Please try not to make any of our cities easy targets to allied troops moving across our territory.

Continue with military queues

Chat Log

Presidential Summary
...and all shall sing praise to mighty Fanatika...
Our valliant troops displayed amazing skill and courage, often attacking seemingly superior defenders, yet emerging victorious on many occasions.

Our combined northern forces first lay siege to Izibia, deep in the heart of our homeland. It took just about every unit we had in the area, but finally, when the smoke cleared, the flag of Fanatika flew high above the buildings in that town.

Then our troops marched on Pune and were successful in taking that town. Shortly thereafter, Chittagong fell, opening the way to Calcutta and the rich Incense fields nearby. Cavalry units in the mountains along the southeast border of Hafen Land, however, provided the stories worthy of legend.

Attacking fortified Musketmen in the city of Larsus, our Cavalry emerged victorious on the most part. They did suffer some casualties, but they managed to reduce the city's defenses to a drafted rifleman and the resulting damage from the fighting has reduced the city to a town, thereby increasing the odds of a successful next wave. Reinforcing Cavalry units are on the way as we speak, streaking across the hills near Pune on their way to Larsa to assist in this effort.

Cavalry scouting the mountains southwest of Kagoshima reported heavy fighting between Babylonian forces and the Iroquois in the town of Nagasaki. The Babylonians captured Nagasaki and held it for a brief stint. That is, until our forces arrived and liberated it from them. Troops from the assault on Larsa should be able to join up with these forces for a reasonable push on Ashur and other Babylonian prized cities.

The chat ended as a result of a flurry of new alliances and peace treaties between many of the nations involved in our western war. Talk was mentioned of signing an RoP with the French, but this deal was not signed as it is being put to the citizens to decide.
