Wonder Graphics: 5 Year Plan

Another one for Oz's scenario. Used bit symbolic graphics here, typical Soviet iconography. But I think it looks nice in the game.

Use this to raise shield production etc perhaps to give libraries etc. Industrial, if not then scientific charasteristics. Of course plan was not applied without few million of victims, so possibly some negative factor could be considered.

I'll probably will take a break, at least slow the rate with graphics making starting tomorrow, since my girlfriend is coming to visit. I'll be checking the page every now and then so let me hear your ideas.

Hmmmm .... I understand Finnish is about the hardest European language to learn ... Will you accept some interim Italian :cool:

Ah, but that first 5 year plan DID work, albeit at great -- nay, horrific -- human cost. The industrialization of the USSR -- and the ultimate defeat of Hitler -- was sown then. All those factories Stalin was able to have moved, wholesale, east of the Urals, weren't around in 1917 and certainly didn't come about as a result of capitalist investment.

but Hoover Dam adds a Hydro Plant, even though they dont work unless you have a factory.
