Changing Gorina's buildqueue

Gorina is set to build the SETI project. Berlin will finish first. In order not to loose the shields there have been many discussions.

Gorina must switch, but to what ? options are:

1 - Apollo Programm (And switch Iron Hills to Manhattan Project)
2 - UN (And switch Aureus to Manhattan)
3 - Manhattan Project
4 - no wonder (please specify)
5 - abstain

This poll is probably not necessary as there were no objections in the discussion thread. But the effort is, as always, appeciated.

I am actually more concerned about the President's determination(posted in the Apollo thread) to override the Governors' build queues with SS Parts without taking it to the public first. I realize that time is of the essence here, but we still need to follow the proper channels.
