+125 city defence from unit ability?

What the heck is going on with my game? The city I am trying to attack has +125 defense and I have no idea where its coming from... Tile defense has already been bombarded from 105 to 0 so its not that... what unit is giving all that defense to that city?



Answer fast I'm in the middle of an episode for my lets play lol

An Archer with City Garrison IV would do that to you. You just have to suicide a couple units to weaken him, then kill him.
