I have endeavored to reconstruct as best I can the correct number and restore as best I can the links to the old threads. There are currently 25 legitimate (and 1 unofficial which I am not counting, see list) old music threads in archive, the oldest of which sequentially go 15, 16, 17, and 18 before going wonky. Sadly, they were not in the habit with those old threads of linking all the previous ones, so those before #15 are apparently lost to time and space. What they DO do, though, is clearly suggests to me that there were 14 before that. So 25 + 14 + 1 (the one that just hit 1000) = 40, so this is to the best of my reckoning actually thread 41 (XLI). So until/unless a mod wants to PM with some hard evidence to counter my thorough investigation, I am declaring my number to be the official count.

Cool! In fact they can have an entire album. This record floored me when I was a kid and twenty five years later I still listen to it four or five times a year. Easily in my top ten. This is the best version with Gram Parson's deleted vocals re-instated.
