Counterproposal to:
The proposed model and unit flag icon already exist in the Firaxis game files in the Civil War Scenario, so the only thing needed is to update the database entries to the proper values (similar to how we used the Airship from the Empires of the Smoky Skies Scenario). Would still need to introduce the portrait from the EE modmod.
