I just noticed it in the sql when I was looking through it in debugdatabase. Not sure where it’s located.

I just checked Civ5DebugDatabase.db. Primary pursuit is Domination, secondary pursuit is NULL.

Concerned that the raze - resettle bonus conflicts with the proposed change to lebensraum. I can’t help but feel the lebensraum change leads to bad outcomes for Spain.

I don't think resettling is worth it that late in the game for the UA yields (+ Imperium) alone. The new city will never keep up with the tech/policy penalty. Keeping the land is much more preferable, if possible to do so without settling a city.
