Amount of military units

Is there any multiplayer and VP compatible mod to reduce maximum amount of military units allowed per each civ?
It would be great if there was some option at advanced start to set reduction in percent for example.

You can try it but I am not sure if this mod is compatible with recent releases... And I am not sure about the balancing.
