Any idea how to get a solid Pangea with one single massive landmass

Every Pangea map I’ve ever played has had two main land masses only connected by an extremely thin stretch of land. On occasion the fractal maps produce a better Pangea but they also sometimes produce a selection of islands and small continents. I just want a single landmass sometimes, that’s the point of ever selecting a Pangea map but it’s so annoying how often I have to deal with an isthmus.

I got one good solid Pangea once but before I could figure out the map seed the game crashed and corrupted the save file

try sea level set to low... I find that helps but sometimes it doesn't...

And of course, stop playing civs with a coastal bias.
