Any Mods for Diplomacy AI?

I find the AI in Civ4 to be predictable, and also silly in the way that it can force you to earn negative points to either one Civ or another by asking you to declare war on someone and then punishing you if you say no even though it would be insane to do it. Cutting to the chase, are there any diplomacy rewrites / mods available that can tweak the AI diplomacy and how it works, to give more flexibility or just a better model?
