24 Gigs of ram is always fun to show off to your friends. More ram is about the only difference. 64-bit graphics wouldn't be much different than 32 bit due to limitations in our eyes. You need more space to store everything. You are now shoving twice the amount of bits through your "pipes".
I have read that 64 bit can speed up processing with certian processors, although with our 3.0GHZ cores it really doesn't matter much anymore.
