That about says it. I've had one game with him and he struck me as an utter brat, throwing his little tantrums and demanding stuff all the time, then threatening me even though he didn't have anything to back those threats up.

hes teching incredibly quickly in my LAN games with one other civ. But everybody else is backwards

I just had a problem with him accepting another civ as a vassal I was at war with, the very same turn I was going to finish it.

I had Pascal as a good ally, but thats all gone and bonkered thanks to this.

He gets some points for the hair, though.

he seems pretty friendly, just give him what he wants, he is still backward

Some of his diplomacy animation is priceless You should be able to make him go stand in the corner.

I've had one game with him...

I think it would be prudent if you play more games with Pacal before making a judgement.
