I Play an hour and no Historical Events have occured not even random events. Are they includede in the mod, or arent their any events?

I was giving some though to events the other day, and there really is room for a lot of "random" events based on events in the novel.

For example:
BTS has an event where some soldiers showing compassion leads to peace treaty between two civs that are war. This can easily be slightly modified to be adapted to ROTK:

A (faction 1) officer has performed an unbelievable feat of marksmanship in order to broker a cease fire between us and (faction 2). Some of the soldiers say peace is the mandate of heaven.

1. Pfff. A lucky shot. (-1 relation with faction 1, 1 hurryanger in all cities, war continues)
2. Who are we to argue when the heavens have spoken? End the war immediately! (+2 relations with factions 1 and 2, peace treaty with faction 2).

Or maybe something completely new:

Our sovereign's consort has tragically fallen down a well and died during the siege of our city of (city name). (Leader name) is stricken with grief.

1. Declare a period of elaborate mourning. Spare no expense (costs 50:gold:, 1:) for 15 turns in all cities).
2. Use the death of the woman to rally some soldiers (gain 2 defensive units in besieged city)
3. This is a tragedy to be sure. But it does open the door for that marriage alliance that (faction 2) has been asking about... (gain +4 relations with faction 2)

I agree with the above, but it would be nice to have some events that are semi- historical too. E.g.
At the cherry orchard, you can choose which 1 of the 3 blood brothers to be the "elder."
1. Liu Bei (the historical choice simply because he was the oldest, and also because of his VERY distant lineage to the Han rulers): give 1 happiness to all cities
2. Guan Yu (the logical choice IMHO since he was the more impressive of the 3 in terms of military skill): all troops (including those to be made) gain 5 XP
3. Zhang Fei (the bravest of the 3 but not so eloquent): all heroes level up 1

It would also be nice to be able to resolve some deep-seated animosities between Liu Zhang/Zhang Lu, Sun Ce/Liu Biu, Yuan Shao/Gongsun Zan, Yuan Shao/Cao Cao (in the 200 AD scenario), even if only at a 5% chance for a 10+ relationship boost to overcome the -10 already built in. Yuan Shu could certainly use some friends, maybe with an event gives him the choice to actually declare himself emperor or not (with suitable consequences). :D

Then there are the events surrounding the deaths of people like Cao Cao (don't persecute Zuo Ci), Sun Ce.

While it would be nice to see the Taoist events such as Gan Ji and Zuo Ci, wouldn't it be a bit obvious to the player which to pick? (assuming they have read the novels that it)
Perhaps to make the choice difficult, we could add some identical events (with generic Taoists mentioned) that are identical to the "real" event in text and choices, but with different effects. The way I see it, the player would not know whether the event would be real or not, forcing him/her to either risk leader death or pay some minor concessions to the Taoist. Obviously this would require the "real" event to not mention the Taoist's name however.

Or they could be like cigarettes--each one you inhale (or reject in court) decreases your lifespan by x years. And it could also be other monks too (Buddhist e.g.) or Mohist/Confucian/Legalist scholars who're visiting your court. The amount of discretionary cash may also play a role.
