Greetings fine citizens of CivRevnia

If you weren't already aware, backwards compatibility has been enabled for CivRev on the XB1, which not only means you can play the 360 version and its add-ons on the new console, but also opens the possibly of streaming games live via the xb1 Twitch or Beam apps.

There's already been an increase in live CivRev streams in said channels in the first week of BC alone, so plenty of new content available to enjoy and boost your own strategies

;)

FINALLY. After it was promised at the launch of the program. Time to record me some vids!

Well nevermind, apparently. Xbox has disabled streaming and DVR services for the game. Unknown at this time if it's temporary (it WAS just released) or intentional due to licensing issues like with Guitar Hero and Borderlands...

Worryingly, it appears you're correct (has there been an official statement from 2k/xb/twitch?)

BC 360 gms such as Team Fortress 2 are good to stream on both Twitch + Beam but no such luck with CivRev

I tried following advice in some YT videos about overcoming Twitch error codes, uncoupling from xb on Twitch and then reinstalling the app on xb1, but to no avail.

Shame, but guess we must be thankful for recent developments
