No just the basic screen that comes up with the world builder. i figured out how to add city states and to change ownerships of cities

You don't need to do that, its just a computer game. I was playing a nice ACW scenario today and i do believe im allready well into 2500 AD but i cant ask you to fix that for all the scenarios i want to play
