Best way to get the COMPLETE game?

Soon I'll be building a new computer and one of my main games I want to get is Civ5. I've been playing and loving Civ since the beginning and the only thing keeping me stuck on Civ4 all this time has been my old computer.

I've been shopping around and see the vanilla Civ5, Gods and Kings, Brave New World, and a ton of smaller DLC map packs and extra Civs. What I want to know is what is the easiest, and cheapest way to get the complete game with all expansions and DLC? Or should I just be patient and play other games until Firaxis releases Civ5 Complete?

This is probably the cheapest way to get everything (minus the recent Scrambled Map DLC)

Get Civilization V: Gold Edition and then, BNW.

I recommend you wait though. Steam Sales are coming.
