The game plays the intro sequence. Then, it shows the shuttles going towards the new planet in a still. But then, the screen cuts to black. There's an exception message on my computer. I have Toshiba Satelite with a incore core i3 and Windows 7. The black screen shows an arrow that changes to another arrow. But, that's it. The audio cuts out. What do I do?
