So I recently playing as poland adopted freedom built statue of liberty, then due to heavy influence of Russia (autocracy) and two other civ's "order" changed my ideology to order.(I was also playing dominantly with freedom, conquering entire portugal{south America} don't know if that affects unhappiness factor). Then being much scientifically advanced and with the aid of great engineer I was also able to construct Kremlin.

So what is that a bug or something else because i checked and i got advantages from both of them (i.e production for specialist and defensive building bonus) along with one extra free policy(Two total).

I'm not entirely sure if I understand you, but it seems that you've built Statue of Liberty as a follower of freedom and then your ideology changed to order, and you were able to build Kremlin. If that's the case, everything is as it is supposed to be.

You need certain ideologies/policies to "unlock" certain wonders. In other words, you can build it as long as you follow certain ideology/have a certain policy. You can conquer a city with such policy-dependent wonder and still use it's bonus feature. You can also change your ideology, build other policy-dependent wonder and make use of all bonus abilities. It's not a bug. Keep in mind, though, that you'll get bonus policies only if you construct such wonder, not conquer it.

False.
If you conquer it, you still get its benefits.

I've always wondered. Good to know.

I personally think that this is not fair you should only be allowed one wonder per ideology.
That being said if you are no longer following freedom why do you still get the benefits from SoL?

You only need to adopt the ideology if you wish to build an ideological wonder.

Conquering a city with the Statue of Liberty gives +1 production to all specialists.
Conquering a city with Prora you will only get the happiness benefits from the number tenets you have unlocked, and not the number of policies you have unlocked(as the tool-tip suggests).
Never conquered The Kremlin as I usually build this myself.

False.

He said you don't get the bonus policy when you conquer it and that is entirely true. For all wonders that do that or similar things. No extra policy for capturing Kremlin, SoE, Prora, SOH or the Oracle. No free great prophet and no free temple for a captured Hagia Sophia, no free workers for a Pyramid. No copied army for a captured Terracotta Army. Only the permanent benefits apply (like for HS you still get the faith per turn).

Well, of COURSE!
Yes, I was only referring to the permanent benefits. Whenever I build one of these puppies I am always surprised by the free policy when it comes.
