BNW - Control Definition Errors?

I get these sort of errors when first loading up a game OR when accessing Trade Route information...

Control Definition Error - unidentified style: [Grid9Bar] in [Assets/DLC/Expansion2/UI/InGame/PopUps/TradeRouteOverview]

It looks like there are some fixes on the PC side but I can't seem to translate them to my Mac...

Any fix for us?

I just tried using Steam to delete all Civ 5 local content and then to re-install...

No apparent change...

Well, I tried it again - this time, I found some more files manually under my Documents folder - seems much better now...
