BNW expansion using World Builder

Hi just a quick one, im not sure if this have been posted before, but while using world builder, i placed the cities on the map accordingly. But then when i start the game using this scenario, after clicking the next turn, the game crashed. When i delete the cities from world builder and start the game again, it works fine. So im not sure why, its only doesnt work with BNW expansion.
