File is for the latest version, 3.19
I don't know if I have posted this map before but it is pretty much the *only* map I have played recently using pretty much every civ and it *seems* to be balanced.

There may be a couple of mistakes with forests; other than that it seems to be OK

Anyways enjoy :)
