a bit strange why it's happening to me
considering I even did a fresh reinstall of civ 4 and this mod

An initial autosave should still have been created for these games, can you upload it here?

The only thing that is being auto saved is the worldbuilder save tried to enter it once and didn't give me a crash but my civ was killed, tried it again and it crashed.

I'm experiencing a crash whenever I try to end my turn. Savegame attached below.

A congress just finished. (I don't know if that will help).
Are you playing (and have started) the game on the latest commit, in particular after the "fix specialist yield calculation errors" commit from 2 days ago?

Are you sure? With autosaves enabled there should be a save from 3000 BC, i.e. the first turn of the game.

Okay I tried to run something else that isn't 3000BC I will keep trying to manually save the 3000BC save since I seem to only be getting crashes which doesn't even have a chance to autosave it seems
even changed the autosaves to 1 per turn in the .ini file still doesn't autosave
but on the 1700 AD start after a single move I just crash posted that save down below

I'm playing it on the latest commit, but I started the game after the negative tile culture bug fix, which was 9 days ago.

I can confirm that these errors happen in the latest commit. Started a viking game, gets an error, i dont have any ships, when I settle Oslo everything costs 1hammer, next turn the game crashes. Dont have the autosave though.

Okay, your game looks very similar to the one I fixed in that commit, but I also noticed some other inconsistencies in the latest commit. I'm still looking into it.

That error is unrelated though. Saves from the initial turn help in that case.

Thanks, I presume this is the same bug that I have been chasing recently, but will look into this as well.

The new popup on city conquest (with options to sack/spare/raze/etc) does not appear when Holy Cities are conquered.
Probably a leftover mechanic from the times when there were only two options - raze or keep.

Can you show me a save?

I was manually checking resources.py over the map and I think I've found an issue. At line 242 to create tea at plot 90,35 for West Bengal, isn't there a rice resource there already?

Also, a further suggestion would be, when a resource disappears and has a resource-exclusive improvement built on it, that one could disappear as well, else you can see empty pastures that used to hold camels near Orduqent, or empty camps for the elephants in the Maghreb.

Probably a permissions issue where the user you use to run BtS is not allowed to write into the DoC folder.

I don't know, depends a lot on how your OS is set up.
