Alexander. Which leader do you use? Maybe it's working with yours..

Are you using the latest version of civ? You've made sure that you are using the latest (October 2014) patch? Also, double-check that you have not installed any mods in the DLC folder.

Bugs I found in v.65/11

(1) Cities build with a Pioneer are just normal pop1 cities without any buildings.

(2) The Reformation belief "Sacred Sites" does not seem to work. Hermitage in my capital with my religion did not get +10 culture nor +10 tourism. Neither give faith purchased buildings +3 tourism (tested only on a foreign religion in one of my minor cities. My own religion allowed no religious buildings).

My first civ5 game for month and my first game with CPP. Really great experience so far!:goodjob: Thanks for this!

Did you unlock the Pioneer with tech? The Pioneer will only build 'valid' buildings that the city could normally have.

Regarding the Sacred Sites, that's a BNW function, and it has worked on my end. Also, I don't think Reformation beliefs apply to followers – only the founder.

Yes I have the latest patch of October. I also set Steam to Offline Mode to ensure that no mod is downloaded from the net. So I only activated the mods below and there a no other mods in the mods folder. I also deleted the cache and moduserdata.

I then started a new game with Augustus and found a city. The same problem again. I will now redownload Civ 5 to ensure that there is nothing wrong with the installation itself. For now I am sure that there is a mistake in the mod. I will look into this, after the download has completed.

How else could I unlock the pioneer?:) I had the tech for building pioneers. I build four cities in Renaissance/early Industrial and all where just size 1 wit no infrastructure. Settled a Colonist in modern times. Same problem.

I have no mods except calypso's coulored religios symbols and two of whomwards little mods (city defense and trade UI).

I am looking again in to the "sacred sites" problem.

I'll look into it, but I'm almost positive this is an issue with your install, as this error is unique to your case (with this build of CBP).

Playing as Aztec (I know. Leave me alone.) I cannot build the printing press because I need the chancery which I have free from the Summer Palace. I also cannot sell the Free Chancery to try to rebuild it.

Not sure if this is a log included type situation. I do have some additional civs and a ton of picknmix mods.

Evidently printing press is freed up when I build a Chancery in another city. So I got that going for me.

Does the tooltip state that you need a certain population size in order to build it?

It does. I was well over it. The tool tip stated explicitly that a Chancery was need (in red). I had wonders that required 55 total at the time. I didn't watch specifically, but I noticed just shortly after I built chancery in 3 other towns that the printing press was available.

Odd. If you have the SDK installed, you could use the Firetuner to remove and re-add the Chancery to the City. Other than that, sounds like a fluke glitch.

Cool, no worries. Like I said it came available. All in all this is a great patch and more.

For the image I attached: I didn't found a religion or a pantheon, and conquered someone's else holy city. I figured the game did not make a check to lock out shrines since I never created a religion, and thus is initialized all as "available".

Ah. I'll check the code for that, make sure it fires for the owner of the holy city.

Hey Gazebo, I tried it out. So I uninstalled Civ 5 completely and made sure that the folder under Steam\SteamApps\common was also deleted. I then deleted the whole content of the Civ 5 folder under My Documents, except the Mod folder. I then reinstalled Civ 5 and went into the game.

I only activated CBP and CP and started a new game. No other mod was activated. Still the same error. Do I have to check some DLCs in order to get it right? I didn't check any DLC under the checkbox of the Mods menu.

Its really strange..

Try deleting and re-downloading the CP and CBP – perhaps it was a bad download? Also, when you reinstall Civ 5, make sure that it is up to date (latest patches aren't always installed by steam when you do a fresh install). Sorry for the woes!
