Many thanks to @Bluemofia for fixing the links in this library as of 2017/07/10.

Moderator Action: This library has not had additions made in several years; if you notice something missing, please post it as a reply and a moderator will add it. - Vincour

If you have trouble with adding these graphics to your game, Ukas has written great step by step instructions on how to add new buildings. You can find them here.

Library is divided roughly into two sections - regular graphics and graphics packs that are too large to add to the library building by building.

Any chance on repairing the links here?

If someone wants to rebuild the libraries for the Civ 3 section they're certainly welcome to. :)

It may be something I take a look at in the future... maybe. It'd be a colossal undertaking.

This is actually very simple.

Many old links use a different syntax than newer links, as the old ones use the following format:
Code:
http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=<ID NUMBER>

The newer syntax is as follows:
Code:
https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/<TITLE>.<ID NUMBER>/

However, if you have the ID number of the thread, you can just use the following syntax:
Code:
https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/<ID NUMBER>/

That will take you to the right thread, despite not having the title down.

So in your examples:
https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/32780
https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/34731
https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/37451

Last I checked, all of the thread IDs are still present in this library. For those which don't give a thread ID, but a post ID, you will need to use it in the following format:

Code:
https://forums.civfanatics.com/goto/post?id=<POST ID>

So for example:
Building & Wonder graphics part II
translates to:
https://forums.civfanatics.com/goto/post?id=1355611

2.0 Graphics packs
translates to:
https://forums.civfanatics.com/goto/post?id=1355612

The individual thread links:
https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/49092
https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/49532

Done.

Just went and did the following:
Code:
Search:
http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?postid=
Replace with:
https://forums.civfanatics.com/goto/post?id=

Search:
http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=
Replace with:
https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/

I haven't double checked all of them to make sure they all work, but for the few I tested for QA, it should.

Thanks @Bluemofia, I'll get to replacing the original posts with the fix in the next 24 hours with proper crediting to you for going through the effort.

Note to other users that my original post still stands: if anyone wants to rebuild these libraries, they can. Whether that entails fixing links or entirely rebuilding them from scratch in a different format. A moderator would of course be willing to replace the outdated ones. I'm not sure how valuable this endeavor would be given that most if not all mods can be found in the database and a lot of the benefit of these lists are the images (which is difficult to replace unless you manually do it for each file). They might be helpful from a formatting perspective, perhaps? I haven't modded Civ3 in many years so those still actively involved would have better insight on this.
