C-evo, Best Civ1/2 Clone I have ever played!!

That's quite nice and smooth but i still prefer civ dos civdos is best of all civs

Unfortunately, the developer has ceased work on it. In his last blog post he noted the AI is nowhere up to the standard he wanted it.. and I agree: the AI sucks. Although, it is quite compitent overall the diplomacy is mush and the tactical level warfare is.. how do we put it..

It is a good game with many nice innovative ideas, but it is a remake of Civ2, not of CivDOS .

It is not a remake, but a different game based on rules close to Civ 2.
Much better then Civ2 and by payability can be compared to Civ1.
It is open-source, so could allow somw modding. This is what Civ 1 lacks.
