Atheism rejects pantheism, so Buddhism can't be both pantheistic and atheistic.
Some forms of Buddhism is Polytheistic and Pantheistic though.

That is a bit confusing, because humanism is a very broad term and has included religious people at least in the past (e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christian_humanism - some people mentioned there are still alive, like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pope_Francis). The strictly atheist worldview is, according to Wikipedia, sometimes called Humanism (capital H), or you could call it https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naturalism_(philosophy), or perhaps https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metaphysical_naturalism.
