All other factions will be AI

Rule book:
- No diplomacy with the AI till turn 3;
- No military alliances between human players allowed;
- No razing of cities size 2 or above allowed;
- No fake wars, its Rome vs Carthage and Macedon vs Persia;
- Maximum 1 allie allowed for each human player, if you want a different allie you have to break the previous alliance.
- The save file must always be posted in this thread by the player to avoid time losing with possible mail errors.

The game will start when all seats are taken and save will be posted here to Macedon.
