Change action hotkeys

I've noticed there are a few actions that either don't have hotkeys or share hotkeys with something else. Where would I go to edit what the hotkeys are for things like build a plantation on workers or bombard on archers and siege weapons? (I'm not playing the latest version so an update wouldn't help me)

It depends on exactly which action you are trying to change. If you do a file search for <Hotkey> (including the brackets), that will bring up the files that control those actions. Give me a list of what specific actions you want and I will tell you what I did.
