Change Existing Pitboss Game?

Is there a simple way to convert a Pittboss game that is currently set for 1 turn every 24 hours to say 1 turn every 8, and keep the current setup etc?

Yep. There's a utility available on these forums called saveconverter. It's a small simple program that does exactly what you're asking for.

Utility worked like a champ.

I wish there was a way to set the time a turn begins based on the current time... but other than that... I am happy.
