I loaded up an advanced start as Native Americans, and I chose a couple techs to get a religion. I also had "Choose religion" enabled.
It chose it automatically, picking Islam. Later on when I researched... Theology IIRC... it came up with this screen I edited it for size.
So that's what it looks like for those wondering!
I find it interesting it doesn't let you choose a religion on the advanced start *shrug*. Kinda neat on one hand, not knowing which one... as it might make diplomacy and the AIs fave religion more interesting!
